“Few people will change your life forever – Go find them!”
I am deeply fascinated…
… by the interaction between ourselves as a single person and the others
… by how the others – who we met by fate, will or randomness in our journey – have a direct reflection on who we are and how we evolve
… by the scale of actions that we decide to take (or not to take) in order to make the World a better place (from the one-on-one mentoring, to the local initiatives, to entertain a small community, to the big ideas that might have an influence on a global dimension)
… by the many stories that there are out there (7 billion people living today and 200,000 years of history) and the relatively small amount that we can live and learn about – and the fate, will or randomness that make us live or learn them
… by the strange correlation about things-that-influence-our-range-of-action and our-range-of-action-than-can-influence-things
This space is an attempt to snapshot some of the experiences and things that I happen to live, observe and think in this journey that is my life – which, I am aware, is the just one of the 7 billion running in parallel.
Who Am I?
I was born in 1986 and raised in Ivrea, the small but lovely town of the visionary entrepreneur Adriano Olivetti and of the battle of the oranges during the carnival days.
I started opening myself to the world firstly at 17, when I experienced a one year exchange program during high school in Stanwood, WA, United States.
In 2005, while most of my friends moved to continue university studies in Torino, I instead headed to Milan. The 2 cities are just a hour apart but the imprinting is quite different. Through my university, in 2008, I moved to study in China for another 13 months. There is where I got exposed for the first time and then addicted to backpack travelling.
In 2010, I graduated in International Management and worked for 4 years at frog design as a Program Manager, where I helped our clients and teams to design and release to the world new meaningful products and services.
In 2015, life offered me the opportunity to step-out of my confort zone. I embraced the challenge and for the following 4 years I alternated personal projects (including a 1-year sabbatical travel to South East Asia and South America) and freelance work.
In January 2019, I joined again the frog team, as I believe it is very stimulating to be surrounded by talented people and to live a dynamic work environment.
I have passions for management and entrepreneurship, as well as traveling, painting, reading and playing basketball with my friends.
